API latency has returned to normal levels and we're continuing to monitor closely.

We're still waiting for an official update from our upstream provider on if this issue is resolved, however all login issues with Trophy seem to have been resolved so we're closing this incident. We'll continue to monitor and re-open this incident if required.

We’re back! Email scheduling should be up and running. We have identified the root cause of the issue to be a query using an incorrect database endpoint. Thanks for bearing with us.
